Traffic Tip: Get Everything in Writing
Communication is always key in being a Traffic Director, keeping everything in writing is a big help for reference, keeping up with day to day tasks, and in case there was a miscommunication issue you have everything in writing. Sales orders and copy changes are usually in writing, and provided by the salesperson or traffic department when discrepancies or changes must occur. If you have a form that you feel would be useful to other traffic departments, e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
